Hello World!!

Hello there! Welcome to my blog! . I love reading other people's home decorating blogs so I thought I would hop on the blogging bandwagon to share my journey of turning our new house into a home. I’m addicted to home magazines, home renovating & decorating shows and home organisation blogs! My Hubby and I recently purchased our second home together. I’ve moved over 10 times since moving out of my childhood home and I swear I'm never moving again! I thought our first home together was “the one”, however over the 5 years we lived there, we slowly outgrew the house and I knew we needed something bigger. Our new house ticks all of boxes on our home wishlist – 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas, a walk in pantry and lots of bench space in the kitchen, a walk in robe and ensuite in the master bedroom and enough room to fit a king sized bed, also a study, garage under the main roof, undercover entertaining area and easy to maintain gardens. Before we moved into our new house, I had collected many ideas on how I wanted our home to be decorated and furnished, but put everything on hold as I knew we weren’t going to stay in our old house long term. Now I’m finally excited to turn our new house into a forever home!
